This is such a fun texture to play with! This week we celebrated the 51st anniversary of the moon landing, and this sensory bin was the perfect way to bring it to life!
Recipe:
4 cups of flour
1/2 cup of oil - baby oil is the typical oil used, but I used mineral oil this time
Mix it together in a large bowl, and you can even use your fingers to make sure it's completely mixed. If it feels too dry and powdery, add a little bit more oil. It's definitely more messy than play dough, but it shouldn't still spread like flour spreads.

I added some space figures (Click here to get the Amazon link! It's #2 on the list!), glittery styrofoam stars from a 4th of July pack, and crumbled up aluminum foil as moon rocks.
