Happy St. Patrick's Day, friends! This was such a quick, easy, and fun activity with Aaron, and he loved getting to eat a special treat after lunch. He helped me pour in ingredients, stir the pot, and be my official taste-tester as we made these. Here's the recipe:
INGREDIENTS
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, plus more for pan 1 (12-oz.)
1 bag mini marshmallows
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
6 c. Lucky Charms
DIRECTIONS
Grease a 9"-x-9" baking dish with butter. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter.
Add marshmallows and salt and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat and stir in Lucky Charms.
Pour into pan and smooth top, being careful not to pack cereal too tightly into prepared dish.
Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
