We're prepping over here for a week of staying home, and with two toddlers that means I need to be planning ahead! We take our mornings slow with lots of books, snuggles, and a late breakfast, but by the time 11:00 am hits, everyone is getting very stir-crazy! I'll be sharing some simple activities as we go that help reset my kiddos (Aaron is 3 and Olivia is 15 months) and build fun times together as a family!
This activity is so simple! Grab your bag of cotton balls, some bowls, plates, spoons, and cups, and let your kiddos create from there! Olivia mainly enjoyed dumping the cotton balls while Aaron imagined it was a bowl of ice cream or a cup of hot milk. And pretty quickly, they invented their own game of shoving the cotton balls under the bedroom door while I was on the other side. It was hilarious and brought a lot of unexpected giggles.
