Beachy Yogurt Bark

This is a refreshing summer treat that's not too sugary! And, I discovered that you can make a dairy-free version!

Directions:

  • Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper

  • Spread out Greek vanilla yogurt evenly on the cookie sheet

  • Sprinkled crushed up graham cracker on the yogurt

  • Optional - add fruit

  • Also freeze summer themed shapes if you have candy molds on hand or you can purchase them on Amazon. These ones are only $2!

To make it dairy-free, try using Chobani's oatmilk yogurt! I just starting trying it, and I'm loving it! Granted, I haven't had real yogurt in so long, but I think it tastes great :) The pink shells are made out of oatmilk, and I think that's why it didn't show the shell shape quite as well. The frozen vanilla oatmilk yogurt isn't quite as pretty, but it's still tasty!

If you're looking for other dairy-free dessert options that actually taste good, I'm loving these ones right now!
